Week 1: Let’s Start the Conversation
We fear what we don’t understand. We don’t understand what we don’t talk about. Most of us don’t talk about death. In this first class we’ll get acquainted and start a candid, compassionate conversation about death.
Week 2: When to Say When
Begin to find your “line in the sand” when it comes to medical care. Questions to ask your medical team about treatment options. How to make the decisions that will help you have the end of life experience you want.
Week 3: The “Magic” Paperwork that Helps so MUCH!
End of Life Values worksheet. Hospice, palliative care and end of life options. Helpful tips for choosing an assisted living facility.
Week 4: Peek Behind the Veil
This class honors our loved ones in the invisible realm and and acknowledges their continued connection with us. We’ll peek behind the curtain and learn about life on the other side!
Each class will end with an angel clearing to help you process anything that may come up during the class.

This class is not about legal paperwork, which IS a necessary part of planning for the end. In this class we’ll discuss helpful steps you can take beyond the legal paperwork to smooth the way for a beautiful, peaceful end of life.
