End of Life Guidance

Hi Friend,

I don’t know where you are in life right now, but I might guess since you’ve found this page that you may either be facing a personal health challenge, or you may be supporting a loved one as they are facing their own health crisis. If that’s true, I hope you can feel the compassion I’m sending you at this difficult point in your life.

If you are reading this and are in vibrant health, you are truly blessed. I would encourage you to start doing your end of life work now, while you’re healthy. Many people think it’s too early until they find it’s too late, and most people find this work very rewarding!

The Facts

Most studies rank fear of death as people’s number one fear. Every person alive will face the death of their loved ones, and their own death. It’s inevitable. Considering the fact that this topic affects us all, most of us are woefully unprepared when the end of life comes knocking on our door.

My “Why”

The reason I do end of life work is because I’ve seen the difference it makes first hand.

Before my husband Doug transitioned in 2013, he spent time planning the end of his life, and wrote down exactly what he wanted. Because of his foresight, our blended family worked beautifully together to give him the ending he wanted. All families have the potential for conflict at the end of life, but a blended family like ours has even more chance of friction.

Doug transitioned at our local hospice. The family in the room next to us clearly had not done any of this work. There were constant arguments, hurt feelings and drama at the bedside. That was when I began to see the difference that could be made by doing this work.

My Work

I’ve created “The End is NOT the End: Inner Healing, Spiritual Concepts & Practical Steps for the End of Life.” It combines spiritual concepts of life beyond the veil with practical steps that can be taken to ease the fear that many have around the end of life and transition process.

Spiritual Concepts

I’ve been blessed to see “beyond the veil” for over 20 years. I’ve seen the “homecoming” celebration when a newly transitioned soul is welcomed by their loved ones in the invisible world. I’ve visited with those who have passed before us. The heavenly information I share brings peace to many.

Practical Steps

While Doug had a very peaceful and loving transition, after it was over I started researching and studying to find what we could have done even better. I’ve distilled all this new information into my work.

End of life work is SO important. The amazing thing I find about this work is that facing our end of life fears actually frees us to live more fully in the present moment.

While I don’t have anyone else’s answers, as a Spiritual End of Life Guide, I educate people and help them understand their end of life options. I help them make choices that improve the time they have here on earth, while also helping them release their fear of death.

People who work with me have the chance to plan ahead. They usually find that learning about end of life choices, and being an active participant in their care decisions alleviates their anxiety. Knowing the options available at the end of life empowers them to make choices that work best for themselves and their families.

Let’s Work Together

I give keynote addresses, workshops and also work with people individually to ease their end of life fears.
