In 1 Thessalonians 5:17 we are told to “pray continually”. The angels have explained to me that since God knows every thought we think, our entire life is a prayer. Therefore, we are always praying. We’re just not always consciously praying. Our goal then should be to thoughtfully, lovingly and conscientiously live our lives so that our “prayer-life” is pleasing to God.
Our angels are happy to help us with this. Ask your angels to help you to remember to live each moment of your life as a prayer that brings you closer to God. They will use one of the five languages to help you realize when you are off track, and to encourage you and help you get connected again.
When we pray, our angels are right there praying with us. They encourage us to pray throughout the day. When we listen to the news and hear of war torn countries we should pray for them. When we hear a siren we should pray for the emergency crew, and for those who need assistance. We can also pray prayers of joy and thanksgiving, being grateful for God and the angels in our daily lives. Prayer works.
Jesus said “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” Matthew 21:22. We always need to remember that the prayer may be answered in a different way than we were expecting, but it is always answered.

Here is a prayer you can use to invite the angels to help you in your everyday life.
“Holy God,
Thank you for creating angels to bring me messages from you. I open my heart and I invite your holy angels to fill my heart and my life. I ask that the angels bring me the messages I need to hear today and every day. Help me to learn more about angels, and about how they connect with me. Help me to feel and know the guidance they bring to me.
I ask all of this in Jesus’ name. Amen”
